Downtown is a massive residential and commercial development on Dubai’s northwestern outskirts. It is sometimes referred to as the ‘Heart of Dubai’. This spans more than 2 kilometers and is still under development. Some of Dubai’s most well-known monuments are located here, including the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain, and the Dubai Opera.

Downtown is bustling all year because of its prominent position. This region is well renowned for providing a high-end lifestyle.

It was mostly a vertical community, but in recent years, several villas have been introduced to the real estate market.

The low-rise Old Town, with its Arabic-style houses, narrow alleyways, and shaded gardens, is located away from the center. Aside from Old Town, there are a number of high-rise residential complexes, such as South Ridge, The Distinction, and Burj View Towers.

Blossom Downtown Nursery Dubai, Pinocchio Nursery, and Hummingbird Nursery are the most popular schools in Downtown.

JSS Private School is located in Al Safa.

If you want to go to university, Knowledge Village and Dubai International Academic City are only a 20-minute drive apart.

Hospitals and clinics:

Mediclinic has a branch at Dubai Mall. Emirates Hospital is in the nearby Business Bay.

The Dubai Fountain is the world’s tallest performing fountain. Every 30 minutes beginning at 6 p.m., the fountains spring to life.

Dubai Opera: Throughout the year, Dubai Opera organizes worldwide productions, concerts, and events.
