On Wednesday, Dubai recorded nearly AED6.6 billion in real estate sales.

According to statistics released by Dubai’s Land Department, the Dubai real estate market registered 461 sales transactions totalling AED1.25 billion, 95 mortgage transactions totaling AED5.22 billion, and 53 gift transactions totaling AED154.86 million on Wednesday (DLD).

There were 77 land plots sold for AED332.08 million and 384 homes and flats sold for AED921.97 million. The mortgages comprised 15 land plots at AED106.71 million and 80 houses and apartments worth AED5.12 billion, totaling roughly AED6.6 billion in today’s real estate deals.
