Between Dubai Marina and the sea. Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is touted to be the world’s largest residential district, with 35 buildings housing 15,000 people. It is home to several landmarks, including The Walk and The Beach. It is a vertical village comprised of approximately 40 residential and hotel buildings.

JBR’s towers, which may reach up to 46 stories in height, are organized into six separate clusters:

Highway Access:

The major north-south motorway that runs through Dubai passes directly by the Marina, connecting it to the rest of the Emirate as well as Abu Dhabi, which is roughly an hour distant.

In the JBR region, a new 120-metre-long pedestrian bridge linking King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street and Al Gharbi Street was built in 2020.

Medcare Medical Centre is conveniently located in JBR Dubai. Dubai Marina’s Emirates Hospital Clinic is also close. Other neighboring hospitals include Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital, both of which are approximately 15 minutes away in the Al Barsha neighborhood. Aster Pharmacy, Life Pharmacy, and Boots Pharmacy are among the pharmacies located here.

JBR schools include:

Kidville Nursery, Toddler Town British Nursery, and the well-known British Orchard Nursery are all popular nurseries in JBR.

Dubai British School in Jumeirah Park and GEMS Wellington International School in Al Sufouh are two possibilities for older pupils.

Higher education alternatives may be found in Dubai Knowledge Park (DKP), which is about 10 minutes away. Middlesex University Dubai, the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD), and other universities are located in DKP. Residents may also travel to Knowledge Village, which is around 20-25 minutes away. American University of Dubai, Middlesex University, University of Wollongong Dubai, and other alternatives are available.
