The Lakes is a section of the Emirates Living Community, which also comprises Emirates Hills, The Views, The Parklands, The Meadows, The Springs, and The Greens.

The Lakes is located inland from Palm Jumeirah and south of Sheikh Zayed Road, between two of Dubai’s best golf courses, Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie at Emirates Hills.

The Lakes is a sprawling neighborhood in the center of ‘New Dubai,’ equipped with peaceful, picturesque walks, parks, and planted flora.

This neighborhood has a mix of townhouses and villas. It contains about 600 homes and townhouses.

This group is divided into Deema, Forat, Ghadeer, Hattan, Maeen, and Zulal.

Highway access:

The Lakes are located 3 kilometers inland from Dubai Marina and 4 kilometers from Palm Jumeirah. It lies off Interchange 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), not far from Al Khail Road, which leads to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).

• Al Maktoum International Airport is 34 minutes away, while the Mall of the Emirates is 14 minutes away.

The Lakes is 10 to 12 minutes away from GEMS Dubai American Academy and American School Dubai. Dubai International Academy is in the nearby Emirate Hills neighborhood. Regent International School, Dewdrops Nursery, and Dubai British School are all close alternatives.
