Town Square is a residential development being created in Dubailand south of Arabian Ranches, immediately south of the junction of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Bypass Road. Townhouses and flats are available here.

It spans 750 acres and features 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 flats, and a 2.5 million square foot retail area with over 600 retailers and food and beverage establishments.

The selling of 300 ‘Zahra Townhouses’ kicked off this neighborhood in February 2015. The second phase of 730 ‘Hayat Houses’ was launched in March.

Town Square is separated into 14 distinct projects, which include a combination of low-rise apartment buildings and townhouse complexes situated within lushly planted gardens.

Apartments:

There are eight apartment buildings –

  • Rawda,
  • Jenna,
  • Una,
  • Warda,
  • Zahra,
  • Zahra Wind,
  • Hayat Boulevard and Safi Street.

Townhouses

Town Square’s townhouses are grouped into six communities –

  • Naseem,
  • Safi,
  • Sama,
  • Zahra,
  • Noor and Hayat.

 

Landmarks in the Area:
  • The Walk JBR is a 30-minute drive away.
  • Dubai Mall is 29 minutes away by car.
  • Palm Jumeirah is 26 minutes away, while the Mall of the Emirates is 25 minutes away.
  • Burj Al Arab is a 25-minute drive away.
  • Al Maktoum International Airport is 32 minutes away, while Ibn Battuta Mall is 28 minutes away.
  • Dubai International Airport is 43 minutes away by car.
  • Meraas takes 36 minutes to get to La Mer.

 

TownHouse Schools and Universities:

The Jebel Ali School is the nearest respectable school to Town Square. This school is located 13 minutes away in the suburb of DAMAC Hills.

Fairgreen International School and South View School are two new schools. Furthermore, both alternatives are within 15 minutes of one other.

Higher education may be found in Dubai Knowledge Park, which is approximately 20 kilometers away. It is home to a number of important institutions, including Middlesex University, the University of Manchester, and Herriot Watt University.

Hospitals and clinics:

The nearest medical institution is Aster Clinic in Arabian Ranches, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Emirates Hospital in Motor City is about 14 minutes away through Al Qudra Road from Town Square.

Advantages of Living in Town Square:
  • There are townhouses and flats available.
  • The rent is really inexpensive here.
  • It is a tranquil neighborhood.

 

The disadvantages of living in Town Square are as follows:
  • This neighbourhood is located distant from Dubai’s main commercial and entertainment districts.
  • There is a scarcity of public transportation.
  • The majority of the amenities are located outside of the neighborhood.
