Umm Suqeim is located on the seashore between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh in western Dubai. There are three settlements in this district: Umm Suqeim 1, 2, and 3.

This community’s residences are nearly all ‘free standing’ villas, not in gated communities or complexes.

Jumeirah to the north, Al Sufouh to the south, and Umm Al Sheif, Al Manara, and Al Safa to the west encircle Umm Suqeim.

Because properties in Umm Suqeim may only be sold to GCC nationals, ex-pats must rent.
