It’s now easy to pay for parking at one of the busiest airports in the world! Scan, Pay and Go is a new technology that Dubai International Airport and its business partner Mawgif have introduced. This DXB mobile parking payment system is a practical payment choice for travelers to the airport and is accessible for all of its parking lots. The complete details of the new DXB airport parking payment option are provided here.

NEW PARKING PAYMENT SYSTEM AT DXB AIRPORT

Typically, passengers at Dubai International Airport pay for parking by scanning their tickets at the conveniently located payment kiosks in the parking lots. With the Scan, Pay and Go option, you may now complete the transaction solely using your mobile device.

Executive vice-president of Commercial at Dubai Airports Eugene Barry comments on this new parking payment option for DXB airport:

“Scan, Pay and Go” is the result of Dubai Airports’ continued strategy of closely collaborating with all of our partners to modernize every customer touchpoint at DXB, and we are thrilled to debut it.”

Today, all of the airport’s parking lots provide the Scan, Pay, and G option. Note that there will still be a backup option in the form of the current parking payment machines.

HOW IT OPERATES

Scan, Pay and Go, the new DXB airport parking payment system, is as simple as it sounds. Online registration, website visits, or smartphone application downloads are not required. You only need to:

  • To access the payment screen, scan the QR code on your parking entrance ticket.
  • To finish the transaction, select one of the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, or MasterCard.
  • After then, you’ll have ten minutes to go through the gate barrier.
