DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR TASDEEQ TENANCY CONTRACTS TO BE AUTHENTICATED

TASDEEQ SERVICES FEES

CAN I CANCEL MY AJMAN TENANCY CONTRACT?
In Ajman, you may really revoke your tenancy certificate. The landlord must request the termination of the lease agreement if the tenant has chosen to vacate before the agreement’s expiry. WHERE DO I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE LANDLORD IN AJMAN?
If you and the landlord are unable to come to an agreement, you can lodge a formal complaint with the Ajman Municipality. You must fill out a request form and submit it along with the service charge and the following documentation in order for the Rental Dispute Resolution Committee to validate lease complaints in the event of a dispute between the tenant and the landlord.
