Dubai has miles and miles of golden fine-sand beaches, and with excellent year-round weather, you may enjoy the beach whenever you choose.
These beaches are located on the lovely and warm Persian Gulf, commonly known as the Arabic Gulf. Dubai is frequently associated with luxury and elite locations, but it also has several free public beaches for everyone to enjoy.
Most beaches offer basic amenities such as restrooms, changing rooms, and showers, and most official beach parks also have lifeguards. Smart Palms, which are free public Wi-Fi hotspots with solar-powered device charging stations, are also available at several beaches.

1. The JBR Open Beach
The Jumeirah Beach Residence has the most extensive beach in Dubai and is often regarded as the greatest. It runs the whole length of the JBR. There are several amenities, restaurants, and ice cream and snack stores on the beach. The sand is fine and powdery, and the sea is a lovely blue-green. Lifeguards are on duty, and swimming zones are marked with buoys.
2. Park at Jumeirah Beach
Jumeirah Beach Park is a beachside park and recreation area located near Dubai’s central region. It includes lovely terraces and lush grass, as well as plenty of places to dine, picnic, and play.
The beach is lovely, however it is significantly narrower than other beaches in town, with less space between the waterline and the pavement.
Mondays are reserved for ladies and children only in Jumeirah Beach Park.
3. Beach of Umm Suqeim
Umm Suqeim Beach, popularly known as Sunset Beach, is the spot to go for Instagram-worthy photos of the Burj al Arab. This is another big, flat beach along the coast, just next to the Burj. The beach is one of Dubai’s rare surf breakers.
This beach features lifeguard stations as well as minimal amenities (toilets, showers, and changing rooms). There are picnic tables and playgrounds.
4. The Kite Beach
Kite Beach is one of Dubai’s most popular beaches, ideal for sunbathers, foodies, and sports fans. If you’re serious about water sports and want to put your talents to the test on one of Dubai’s top free beaches, Kite Beach provides lots of options. You may hire high-quality equipment at the beach dunes right off the Jumeirah area.
5. Beach Park of Al Mamzar
Al Mamzar is an excellent family-friendly beach with plenty of lifeguards. There is a picnic space, a children’s playground, and two enormous swimming pools. Everything is free and accessible to the public.
The beach has stunning views. It is a clean beach with soft sand; the waves wash in nicely—there are a couple coffee shops on the beach with decent menu options. Parking is free and easy to find.
6. Marina Beach
The Dubai Marina is a posh residential neighborhood close to JBR. Marina Beach is the final stretch of sandy beach along The Walk, directly across from The Beach JBR beachside mall. It’s a lovely beach with silky white sand typical of Dubai. The water is warm, and there are lifeguards on duty.
7. The Palm Jumeirah
The Palm Jumeirah is a stunning palm-frond-shaped island development that extends into the Persian Gulf. There are some public portions of the rocky shoreline on The Palm, but no public beaches.
8. The Dubai Creek
Dubai Creek and Deira, where Dubai began as a commercial port, are two areas that preserve the emirate’s past. A trip through the Deira souks is a must-do activity when visiting Dubai Creek.
9. Beach in Jebel Ali
Jebel Ali was well-known for its expansive industrial zone and harbor. However, it is now recognized for its gorgeous recreational development area, which includes numerous long sandy beaches where you can rest and enjoy a sunbath in the most tranquil setting.
10. The beach in La Mer
La Mer is a fantastic entertainment area. La Mer Beach mixes a lovely stretch of sand with restaurants, a water park, and plenty of entertainment.
The beach is beautiful and clean, and it is manicured multiple times every day. Because the beach is on a harbor sheltered by the Pearl Jumeirah development, the water is warm and the waves are mild.
