Al Furjan is a 560-hectare residential development between Discovery Gardens and Ibn Battuta Mall, right off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It was created by Nakheel.
This neighborhood is mostly made up of villas and townhouses, but there are a few apartment complexes as well.
