Al Quoz is a mixed-use community in western Dubai. Al Quoz is separated between business and residential sections, with Al Quoz 3 being a byproduct of the industrial region. Zones 1–4 are mostly residential.

This neighborhood is flanked to the north by the Al Wasl community and to the west by Al Safa, Umm Al Sheif, and Al Manara, forming a long rectangle between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

This neighbourhood is adjacent to both Safa Park and Business Bay, giving it access to excellent schools, healthcare, and shopping (Dubai Mall is a couple of minutes away, Mall of the Emirates less than 10 in Al Barsha).

Residential structures outnumber villas. The pricing here are lower than those in Jumeirah.

Schools:

There are several schools in the area, including Indian High School, German International School, Dubai First School, and Towheed Iranian School. However, there are many more just over the Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Safa, including the English College, JPS, and Emirates English Speaking School, to mention a few.

Its location is as follows:

This community is linked to Downtown Dubai, New Dubai, Media and Internet City, and Financial City. In fact, because access to SZR and Al Khail road is so straightforward, it’s literally a motorway away from practically anyplace in the emirate.

Hotels:

Apart from residential and commercial buildings, Al Quoz has the following hotels:

  • The Ascot Hotel (4-star hotel)
  • Al Khoory, Urban (located just off Sheikh Zayed Road)

Hospitals and clinics:

There are various clinics in Al Quoz that provide patients with the greatest health care amenities. Aster Clinic, Al Quoz, Medilife Polyclinic LLC, Toronto Medical Center, Al Quoz City Star Polyclinic, Syed Sadiq Clinic, Noor Al Shefa Clinic, and Access Clinic are just a few examples.

The iCare Clinic, located on Al Wahda Street, directly across Sheik Zayed Road, is another medical care facility a little further away. Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery is located on Sheik Zayed Road near Al Serkal Avenue; it is a 10-minute journey to this emergency clinic. The majority of residents come to this facility for its excellent orthopedic care.

Advantages of living here:

It has excellent connectivity.
It has schools nearby and is well linked, making it simple to commute to any location.

The disadvantages of living here are as follows:

It has fewer amenities than other modern gated communities.
