Arabian Ranches is one of Emaar’s most established estates, located in the peacefulness of the desert on the Emirates Road, near Dubai Land. It covers an area of 1,650 acres. The area feels a world away from the rest of Dubai, surrounded by lush, green, family-friendly calm.

It is famed for its breathtaking desert scenery spread across 1,650 acres. This subdivision is split into 12 sub-communities.

The 4,000 available residences are a combination of townhouses and villas.

Amenities:

The Arabian Ranches Golf Club, formerly known as The Desert Golf Course, is an 18-hole, par 72 course built by Ian Baker-Finch in collaboration with Nicklaus Design. The neighborhood also has its own Polo Club and community center.

Arabian Ranches contains tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, a lake, a medical center, and its own commercial center (supermarket, Pizza Hut, book store, Costa, Burger King…). The golf and polo clubs provide more “fine” eating options, albeit they are still quite low-key and licensed…

Road accessibility:

The road system connects Arabian Ranches to two main roads that pass through Dubai, as well as Dubai Marina. The Emirates Road connects to Sheikh Zayed Road and then to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah, while The Dubai Bypass Road is only a few minutes away and connects to RAK and Fujairah.

School services include:

JESS, one of the most prestigious schools in Dubai and internationally recognized, is located in Arabian Ranches.

It also contains the Arabian Ranches School, which began in 2015 but has already been designated as a Very Good school by the KHDA, the emirate’s regulatory body.

Medical services:

Arabian Ranches has its own MediClinic, which offers a variety of services such as general health, immunizations, dental treatments, and more.
