Jumeirah Island is a gated home subdivision inside the Emirates Living complex. Nakheel Properties has created this luxury home project.

Jumeirah Island includes 736 residential homes of various sizes and types. Based on architectural concepts, there are six distinct residential clusters.

European, Islamic, Mediterranean, Oasis, Tropical, and Contemporary villas and townhouses are among them. Apart from these, the Jumeirah Islands have three distinct styles: Garden Hall, Master View, and Entertainment Foyer. For those who want to live in miniature palaces, there are 31 luxury houses in a separate ‘enclave’.

The Jumeirah Islands Pavilion is a commercial and leisure facility located in this neighborhood.

Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, and the spectacular Palm Jumeirah resorts are also nearby.

Highway Access:

Jumeirah Islands is located directly inland from Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers, between interchanges 5 and 6, on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11).

  • The Mall of the Emirates is about a 16-minute drive away.
  • Dubai International Airport is 46 minutes away by car.
  • Burj Al Arab is only a 19-minute drive away.

 

Public Transportation

The Dubai Metro runs alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, and two stations are nearby: Nakheel Harbour and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Jumeirah Island Schools and Universities:

Chubby Cheeks Nursery has several locations throughout Dubai. The Gardens is the nearest, approximately a 13-minute drive away. Other nearby alternatives include Oakfield Early Learning Centre and Kids Kingdom in JLT, as well as Raffles Nursery in Emirates Hills. Other prominent schools around Jumeirah Islands include Emirates International School, Delhi Public School, and Regent International School.

This is also near to The American University in Dubai, and there are several possibilities in Knowledge Park.

Hospitals and clinics:

In the Jumeirah Islands Pavilion, there is a clinic. Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital are well-known hospitals that are within a 10-minute drive away. Life Medical JLT and NMC Family Clinic are two more local medical facilities.
