Jumeirah Lake Towers is a self-contained community comprised of 26 clusters, each named after a letter of the English alphabet from A to Z.
Each cluster consists of three buildings that house flats, offices, stores, and hotels. There are no houses or villas here, only high-rise apartment buildings.
This neighborhood is one of Dubai’s freehold districts. This is called for a lake with excellent beachfront promenades. Most significantly, it has its own dog park called JLT Park.

In JLT, there are several nurseries. In JLT, nearly every other cluster has its own nursery, including two Dewdrops Nursery locations, two Learning Ladders, Paddington Nursery, Kid Kare Nursery, Oakfield Early Learning Centre, and numerous others.
Emirates International School is just a short drive away in Al Barsha’s The Meadows neighborhood, which also includes Kings School Al Barsha and the American School of Dubai.
JLT has two universities: Modul University in Austria and Synergy University in Russia. There are additional universities at Knowledge Park, which is directly across the street from JLT.

Many medical facilities are located in JLT, including Dr. K Medical Center DMCC, Dome MedDental Clinic, Armada Medical Centre, Optimum Diagnostic Clinic, and German Dental Clinic. Other healthcare requirements are supplied in JLT by the Scandinavian Physiotherapy Centre and Dr. Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic.
