Upcoming project in Dubai for apartments and penthouses
BLUEWATERS BAY
Bluewaters Bay by Meraas, located on Bluewaters Island, is one of the most exciting forthcoming residential developments in Dubai. When completed, the project will have ten apartment buildings with classic architecture and modern interiors.
The apartments will range from one to four bedrooms and will have access to a pool, a common roof terrace, a children’s play area, a BBQ area, and a gym. Residents will also have unobstructed views of Ain Dubai, the world’s highest observation wheel in Dubai.
CAVALLI TOWER
Cavalli Tower by DAMAC Properties will be a 70-story condominium project in Dubai Marina with views of the Palm. The project will have 1 to 4-bedroom flats and penthouses with great interior design and exquisite finishing. The price of flats for sale in the tower begins at AED 25M.
Cavalli Tower will contain private pools, a gym, a spa, and jet elevators as amenities. City Walk, The Dubai Mall, Box Park, and Dubai International Airport will also be easily accessible from the building.
Elitz by Danube
Elitz by Danube Properties is the next project on our list. Elitz, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), will be a high-rise twin tower complex in Dubai with 36 and 39 stories, respectively. Over 550 flats ranging from studio to three bedrooms, as well as duplexes and penthouses, will be housed in the development.
Elitz will have a pool, gym, BBQ area, health club, sauna, party hall, mini golf, wellness center, outdoor cinema, and daycare center, among other attractions.
LIV LUX
Liv Lux by Liv is our next initiative. Liv Lux, dubbed the “Crown Jewel of Dubai Marina,” will be a sparkling 47-story tower in Dubai. The 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses in the luxury boutique property will have full-height windows and walk-in closets. The apartments will also include living rooms, kitchens with European equipment, and large balconies.
Liv Lux will have high-end indoor and outdoor amenities. To mention a few amenities, there will be BBQ spaces, gardens, an outdoor cinema, a specialized spa, a theatre, a beauty shop, a yoga studio, and a conference room.
The Beach, JBR, Montgomerie Golf Club, Dubai Marina Mall, Ain Dubai, and Atlantis Aqua venture will all be within a 5 to 10-minute drive of this property.
PARK HORIZON
Park Horizon is another Emaar development set to open in Dubai in December 2022. This multi-building complex in Dubai Hills Estate is designed to provide modern, community-focused living in the metropolis. The flats in the property will range from one to three bedrooms.
Park Horizon will also have a pool, a children’s play area, basketball and tennis courts, restaurants, playgrounds, a fully equipped gym, and other amenities. The project will be 20 minutes distant from Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes from Dubai Marina.
DAMAC ELEGANCE TOWER
DAMAC Elegance Tower, co-designed by famous fashion icon Zuhair Murad, will be one of the glitziest projects in Downtown Dubai, with fashion runway-inspired design.
The 26-story skyscraper will house luxurious one and two-bedroom apartments with big rooms and balconies overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Za’abeel Park, and the Dubai Canal. Pools are also planned for the podium roof of the construction.
BURJ BINGHATTI JACOB & CO RESIDENCES
Burj Binghatti will be “one of the tallest hypertowers in the world,” according to Binghatti Developers and the popular luxury jewelry and watch business Jacob & Co. The 104-story building, crowned with shimmering diamond-like spires, will provide a luxurious living experience in Dubai’s Business Bay.
The structure will be 472 meters (1,550 feet) tall and will house two types of residential units: 2-bedroom Sapphire flats and 3-bedroom Emerald Suites.
The upper section of the skyscraper will hold five penthouses divided into three types: Astronomia Penthouse, Fleurs de Jardin Penthouse, and Billionaire Penthouse, each having panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.
PENINSULA FOUR THE PLAZA
Peninsula Four The Plaza, a five-building complex in Business Bay, will be developed by Select Group. The multi-building complex will provide studio to four-bedroom units.
The complex will include penthouses and duplexes in addition to flats. Each unit will have an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows. Gardens, swimming pools, BBQ areas, a gym, and parking spaces will be available at the Plaza.
