Are you looking for interesting real estate opportunities in Dubai? Investors should be on the lookout because a number of eminent developers have recently launched impressive property projects across the emirate. Here are some of the most notable new properties in Dubai in January 2023.




Residence 110, a Select Group premium project, will be a 19-story building in the heart of Business Bay. The project will offer a variety of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuite bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens.

Residence 110 will have an outdoor pool, a cycling track, a gym open 24 hours a day, sun loungers, and changing facilities.


Ocean House, as the name suggests, will be a seafront development in Dubai. Ellington Properties will construct the project, which will provide a bespoke living experience in Palm Jumeirah.

Ocean House will have 2 to 6-bedroom flats, duplexes, and penthouses, as well as a private club, lush gardens, a 50-metre swimming pool, a clubhouse, a cinema room, a wellness studio, and a gym.


ORLA by OMNIYAT, managed by famous hospitality brand Dorchester Collection, will be an ultra-luxury property on Palm Jumeirah. This will be a 14-story residential skyscraper with 86 luxury two- to four-bedroom apartments, three sky palaces, and one of Dubai’s largest homes.

Each unit will have double-height ceilings, large terraces, and European appliances. ORLA will also have a 300-square-meter beach club, a private theater, an outdoor pool, a gym, a library, and a business center with meeting spaces.


Wasl Tower, a 63-story building on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is set to be built by Wasl Properties. The 300-meter-tall mixed-use structure will have a ceramic veneer to keep the building’s internal temperature stable and noise levels low.

Wasl Tower, which will be part of Dubai’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel, will include 258 hotel rooms on floors 16 to 38, as well as 229 condominiums on the higher floors. The skyscraper will also have a light museum, 11 parking levels, a helipad, and about 17,200 square meters of business space.


Ascot Residences by Nshama is one of the most anticipated apartment developments set to open in January 2023. The Town Square project will have studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with lovely color accents.

These apartments will have lavishly furnished living and dining areas, as well as a modern kitchen with overhead cabinets and glazed porcelain tile flooring. The price of units in Ascot Residences will begin at AED 850k.

Nova, a 15-story building in Jumeirah Village Circle, will be developed by Binghatti (JVC). The structure will house one and two-bedroom apartments with finely designed interiors and finishes. There will also be a designated parking space.

While living in the building, residents will have access to swimming pools, BBQ areas, sports courts, running tracks, landscaped gardens, retail shops, restaurants, and a gym.


Sobha One, located in Sobha Hartland, will be one of the most desired addresses in the heart of Dubai. The 5-building residential complex will provide 1 to 4-bedroom apartments with amazing views of Downtown Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa and Creek Tower.

Sobha One Residences will be about 10 to 20 minutes from Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai International Airport.
